Rotary Australian Walking Festival for Peace
Rotary clubs of Canberra will stage a multi-day event bringing together active Rotarians, local youth and the wider multicultural community in a weekend of walking for peace.
The event will showcase Rotary youth and peace projects starting with an opening ceremony at the Canberra Peace Bell.

There is no better way to explore a city than on foot, with the local and international walkers.
Celebrating Rotary’s 100th year in Australia, the Canberra Walking Festival will be renamed Rotary’s Australian Walking Festival For Peace, (or AussiePeaceWalk for short).
This non-competitive event will offer walks of 7km, 14km, 21km and 42km.

* This event is both IML and IVV approved, so registered participants will receive medals and certificates for completing the required distances.
** All participants will receive a commemorative medal for completing two walks or more.
